Bonus Bits

Also, I came across a draft of a post that never made it very far, much less was published so here are some bonus bits:

In some things, we become more of who we are. If this is part of your process, okay, but there are other times when crappy situations, bad economy, and life wear us down and cause us to be only a fraction of who and what we are. Don't lose yourself in this process. (I don't know/remember)
